Appointments
Before booking an appointment you will require an up to date written referral, signed and dated by the referring practitioner, this could be your GP, optometrist or eye specialist, referrals are valid for 12 months. Please note Medicare rebates are only applicable with a valid referral.

Parking Information: Metered street parking (please be careful of times and clearways as they are tow away zones). Wilson Car Park close to the clinic.
